Client Story
We were contacted by a client who had a business premises and wanted to turn the back area into a self-contained flat with a high gloss kitchen finish.
Before we could get started, we needed to make structural changes to the property to open up the available kitchen space. We demolished a non weight bearing wall, raised the floor, and replaced floor joists and floorboards.
Bespoke Solutions
- Plinth Cupboard
The oven we installed came with an integrated warming drawer, so we cut and installed a pan storage cupboard within the plinth area. This would be possible under most kitchen cupboard units, if storage space needs to be maximised. - Personalised Glass Splashback
This client wanted to add a personal edge to this kitchen and opted for a glass splashback. There were options for selected images, designs and even personal photographs to be printed. - High Spec Radiator
We project managed every element of the plumbing and heating, including a standout tower radiator, creating a focal point in a small kitchen without impacting the space. - Modified Display Cupboard
One of the kitchen cupboards was for display, but it needed altering to provide the desired effect, and that is where we go above and beyond.
More Than Just a Finish
We needed to deliver this kitchen on time and maximise the space available, which is exactly what we delivered. And, there is scope to provide additional plinth storage in the future, if required.
