Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my kitchen installation take?
It’s understandable that you will want to know the expected timeline for your kitchen. Once we know the size of your project and the scale of work required, we will provide a clear timeframe and update you quickly if changes occur.
What does the installation service include?
We will provide a detailed quote and confirmation of all work to be undertaken after we have spoken to you about your project. We can project manage all elements of your new kitchen, including bespoke worktops, tiling, plumbing, electrics, flooring, and removal of your old kitchen.
Are you qualified and fully insured to carry out the work?
We are fully qualified and hold full public liability insurance. For added peace of mind, you will find us on Checkatrade, and you can read our Google Reviews.
Is waste removal, such as the old kitchen and packaging, included?
Yes, we rip out, remove and dispose of all your old kitchen and appliances, and we get rid of all packaging from your new kitchen. If gas pipes, plumbing or electrics need sealing or moving in the process, we will project manage the necessary tradespeople.
How much will the kitchen installation cost, and what does the quote cover?
We will provide a detailed quote covering all elements of the project. Every kitchen is bespoke, and therefore your quote will reflect your specific wants and needs. We will either quote for the entire supply and installation, including any additional service or trade requirements, or we will quote for installation only, if you decide to combine a number of suppliers.
Can we use our plumber, electrician or other suppliers?
If you would like to use your contacts for the other services required, that is absolutely fine. You must be aware that if you take on project managing your kitchen, you may find it takes significantly longer. It can be hard to coordinate the availability of different tradespeople who do not frequently work together. We will always do our best to fit within the time frames requested to meet the proposed finish date.
What makes you the best Kitchen Installation company?
Our aim with every single kitchen that we fit is to make sure that you are thrilled, not just with the end result, but also the journey in getting there – a satisfied client is the best form of marketing for a business, and most of our work comes from word of mouth referrals from happy clients.
